Quality Policy

The highest quality standards must be established and maintained in everything we do and throughout every aspect of our business. The company recognises that the maintenance and improvement of quality standards is the key to our success. Maintaining the certification to ISO 9001:2000 is an important cornerstone of our quality policy.

Quality and service go hand in hand. We must listen and respond to our customers needs and ensure high service standards are implemented. Every customer must be treated as being the most important.

Supplying quality products which meet and where possible exceed all statutory requirements is of paramount importance. No quality compromises are allowed. As an importer of many products special attention must be paid to establishing quality supply chains from the manufacturer, passing through our company departments and depots and on to our customer.

Safety & environmental factors must always be taken in to consideration.

We aim to recruit high quality personnel rather than average and reward those personnel with good financial and benefits packages.
